I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the Hotel as well as the friendliness of the staff. Check in and check out was fast and efficient and the room was comfortable and spacious. There was ample parking, and it did not matter where you parked because all parking spots were close to the entrances. I would highly recommend this hotel to those looking for a hotel that provides excellent service. The breakfast was plentiful, hot and offered a variety of choices and being available at a convenient time for those that are on a business trip to eat before leaving for the day.

Everything was exceptional. Every part of the hotel is kept clean and fresh from the lobby to the rooms. It snowed during our stay and every entrance was cleaned promptly. The front desk staff very helpful and very pleasant with any questions asked. Breakfast was fine and there is always coffee, tea, hot chocolate or juice available anytime along with muffins or cookies. The beds are so comfortable and the room is so clean! I’m glad I chose this place for our stay in Moncton and wouldn’t hesitate to book her again if I ever return to Moncton in the future.

Everyone was extremely nice and offered anything to help any situation. Very happy with our stay. We needed a couple extra items( towels,etc)and without hesitation they said yes and was delivered immediately. Hotel was packed but so very quiet, it was really nice. Breakfast tasted great, plenty to choose from. It was so clean! Hats off to the housekeeping department and Laundry department. They all deserve a raise!

The front desk staff was prompt and very friendly. The room was very clean and well appointed with many towels, bathroom necessities and a hair dryer. The beds were comfortable and had nice bedding. A mini fridge and a small coffee maker (with tea and coffee) were also included. The included breakfast was extensive from toast and bagels, to eggs and bacon, toast and bagels, muffins, yogurt, to coffee, tea and juices.

Unfortunately we had to leave before breakfast to catch our plane. I liked that we could park our vehicle in front of our rooms. So convenient when you have a very early flight to catch. I liked that the soap/shampoo bottles had the pump. So much easier than trying to squeeze the bottles like some of the places had.
